This policy covers this website. The Ciao Verbs app is not released yet; its own privacy policy will be published alongside it and linked here.

What we collect

Waitlist signups

If you submit the waitlist form we store the email address you give us and the platform you selected (iPhone, Android, or either). That's it. The form is handled by Netlify Forms, and the data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure.

We use it for exactly one thing: sending you a single email when the app launches. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a newsletter.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and which don't. That's aggregate traffic data: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, how you arrived. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we don't run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.

Local storage

After a successful waitlist signup, your browser stores a flag locally so the form shows a confirmation instead of an empty field next time. It never leaves your device and we can't read it.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no passwords, no payment details, no third-party advertising trackers. Reading the conjugation reference requires nothing from you.

Deleting your data

Email support@ciaoverbs.com and we'll remove your address from the waitlist. No account required, no verification loop. Just ask.

Changes

If this policy changes materially before launch, the updated date above will change and the new version will be posted here.
