These terms cover this website. The app, when released, will have its own terms and will be governed additionally by the App Store and Google Play terms.

Using the site

The conjugation reference is free to read and to use for your own study or teaching, including printing pages for a class. You may not scrape the site to rebuild the dataset elsewhere, or republish it as a competing reference.

Accuracy

The conjugation data is generated from a curated database and cross-checked against reference sources, but it is provided as-is with no warranty. If you find an error, please tell us at support@ciaoverbs.com. We will fix it, and the fix reaches both the site and the app.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side. It is not a pre-order, no payment is taken, and pricing and features may change before release.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zap Software is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
